Naomi is a Schoharie County native driven by a lifelong dream of creating innovative solutions for nourishing her community and caring for the land. With a deep connection to her home and a background in Public Health, Naomi envisions a future where creativity and sustainability intertwine, fostering a thriving environment for both neighbors and nature. 

Tommy joins us with a culinary background.  After working as a chef manager in Chattanooga, TN and a Sous Chef in Tampa, FL, he moved to Upstate, NY and spent a year at the Otesaga Resort and Hotel.  Seeking a better work life balance, Tommy left the kitchen to join us on the farm!  He is always eager to get his hands dirty and stay connected to what brings people together - good food!
